Our Facilities

We offer short and long term storage for all types of motor cars. Our storage facility is nestled in the heart of the Cotswold, just outside the beautiful Spa town of Cheltenham.

Our purpose built facility is dry and damp free, safe, secure and most of all very discreet with 24-hour monitored CCTV system both external and internal, intruder alarm and within a securely gated estate.

All we ask for is 48 hours’ notice to enable us to have your car ready at a specified time for you to pick up. Whilst in our care your vehicle will be fully insured, including when in transit, using our transport services.

We can also assist with collection and delivery of your vehicle to local airports, such as Birmingham, Bristol and Heathrow, as well as offering complimentary pick-up/drop-off from Cheltenham train station.

Gold Level

£200 per calendar month +VAT
Storage Procedures & Maintenance

This is the starting point for all vehicles in storage.

• On arrival to storage, a vehicle checklist report is completed and the delivering client/agent receives a copy.
• The vehicle is hand washed, dried and the interior is vacuumed and valeted
• Prior to entering storage, (where applicable) the vehicle will undergo a general visual inspection This includes engine compartment check, including checking fluid levels & antifreeze strength
• The vehicle will be placed on a lift for a general underside inspection
• Tyre pressures are adjusted to storage conditions, as per manufacturer’s guidelines
• On entering storage, the battery will be connecter to a battery charger/conditioner
• The vehicle will be fitted with a super soft stretch car cover
• At the end of the storage period, prior to handover, under bonnet checks will be carried out & tyre pressures adjusted to normal road use
• Guaranteed access with 48hrs notice
• If the vehicle is collected for use by the owner during its period of storage, on return to storage, the vehicle will be hand washed, dried and the interior vacuumed and valeted, before being put back into storage
• The vehicle is added to our rolling insurance policy

This programme is suitable for vehicles in short-term storage or for non-running vehicles

Platinum Level

£250 per calendar month +VAT
Storage Procedures and Maintenance

In addition to all of the Gold Level service offerings, our Platinum Level service offering includes

• During storage the vehicle is rolled into different positions to relieve standing weight on tyres & wheel bearings
• Tyre pressures are monitored & adjusted
• Every 30 days under bonnet checks will be carried out, the vehicle is moved outside and the engine run up to full working temperature, the vehicle will then be driven (optional)  by our fully insured and highly experienced team  for 15 minutes to exercise clutch / auto box transmission, brakes, steering & suspension
• Air conditioning & heater will be run, electric motors, servos, switches, relays, & solenoids will be exercised
• Electric windows, sunroof/electric hood, seats, locks, wipers, washers, lights, horn, all operated & checked
• Additional under bonnet checks carried out, with engine at normal running temperature
• As needed, our fully-insured and highly experienced team will book the vehicle’s MOT test and drive the vehicle to our trusted MOT centre
• Should the vehicle need servicing, we can arrange delivery and collection of the vehicle to the specialist of your choice, through our trusted transport partners

This programme is suitable for vehicles in mid to long-term storage that may be used periodically
